Standard (Official)
Matches government and legal rules. It counts a full month whenever you reach the end of a month (like Feb 28th), even if it's shorter than 31 days.
Precision (Literal)
Counts the exact number of days. If you were born on the 31st, it only counts a full month when you literally reach the 31st of the next month.
Example: Born on Jan 31st
On April 30th:
• Standard says you are 3 months and 2 days old (snaps to the nearest date).
• Precision says you are 2 months and 30 days old (you haven't reached the "31st" yet).
8. Why do different calculators show different results?
